the Fitzgerald room provides glare-free lighting as well as white

Ballroom |
Memorable events
require extraordinary environments, and nowhere do we define that
better than the Minnesota Ballroom. This elegant 4,248 square foot
(395 square meter) facility, allows every occasion to live up to the
loftiest expectations. Befitting its grandeur, the Ballroom is a
showcase for important dining events, seating as many as 360 guests.
The Ballroom also breaks out into two sections, thus allowing for
additional planning flexibility. |

environment that suits larger meetings, the Northland Ballroom lets
any event achieve its maximum potential. The Northland Ballroom
features 8,010 square feet (744 square meters) of space and a
ceiling that extends 16-feet (4.8 meters). Fully-equipped with
advanced audiovisual capabilities and tackable wall surfaces, the
Ballroom easily accommodates big sessions, offering a seating
capacity for as many as 850 guests theater-style. |

setups. We can also combine sections to create a meeting room that

The ballroom is surrounded by a spacious pre-function
foyer ideal for multiple uses. As an exhibit space, the foyer will
accommodate up to 50 8X10 booths. It’s also a perfect area
to set up registration and information tables or to arrange a pre-
or post-event reception. Or simply as a place for attendees to take
a well-deserved break. |

Lewis Room |
The Sinclair
Lewis Rooms surpasses all pre-conceived notions about standard
meeting rooms, presenting 2,100 square feet (195 square meters) in
which to meet or socialize. The Lewis Room is perfect for either
business or social protocols, making it equally suitable for a
40-seat U-shape conference as it is a 150-seat full-course dinner. |

The August
Stuebner Room and its twin facility the Quinn Room provide planners
with multiple uses in 1,180 square feet (110 square meters). Arrange
a power breakfast, lunch or dinner for upwards of 90, or take
advantage of the room's capabilities, including tackable surfaces,
white board and presentation rail, for business meetings. |

success, the Whittier Boardroom ensures privacy and minimum
distraction along with a roster of state-of-the-art features that
